Complete your lessons, quizzes, and five teaching checkpoints and you're officially an Inner Shift Mat Pilates Instructor!
You have 9 months from the date you join the training to complete your certification requirements, if you don't want to follow the 3 or 6 month roadmap options.
Work through the modules, learn the Inner Shift method, and submit five short teaching videos at clearly mapped checkpoints throughout your training. I personally watch every single one and give you personalized feedback on your cueing, form, sequencing, and instructor skills. Each checkpoint builds on the last until you've practiced putting the entire class together. Plus, you'll attend 3 LIVE Zoom practice teaching calls with Kayleigh for real-time feedback.
